Netgear's HCL ( https://kb.netgear.com/20641/ReadyNAS-Hard-Disk-Compatibility-List ) ways that the IronWolf Pro ST16000NE000 and the Toshiba MG08ACA16TE will work.
The EXOS x16 will likely also work fine. Just make sure you get a SATA model, not SAS.
