Re: ReadyNAS214 can't start with network connection
Is your NAS set up to use DHCP in the network settings?
What is the connection path from your NAS to your router? (that is, is it connected through switches, or connected directly to the router).

NAS set up to use static IP
I tried connect NAS direct to the router, but its did not lead to changes

Try changing to DHCP and see if that boots normally.
