Re: Stuck at "Testing disks"
Are the disks brand new? Or are they used?
Sounds like one of the disks may have a problem. Could you try turning the NAS off, then booting with just one disk installed, update to the latest RAIDiator (currently 4.2.17: http://www.readynas.com/RAIDiator_x86_4_2_17_Notes), reboot when prompted to install the update, verify update completed successfully then power down, insert other disks and do a factory reset (http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu)?
If it still doesn't work, try the "Disk Test" boot option (http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu) and if that doesn't work, hook the drives up to a SATA port on your PC and test them using manufacturer's diagnostics.

Re: Stuck at "Testing disks"
Thank you!
I found that one of the disks was broken, the other 3 works fine. I replaced the broken one and are now letting the nas doing it's job. 🙂
