Volume scan failed to run properly.
Hello,
I receive this error message from when running a scheduled volum scan on a NVX. Any suggestions why ?
***** File system check forced at Sat Jan 18 13:42:55 CET 2014 *****
fsck 1.42.8 (20-Jun-2013)
e2fsck 1.42.8 (20-Jun-2013)
Pass 1: Checking inodes, blocks, and sizes
Pass 2: Checking directory structure
Pass 3: Checking directory connectivity
Pass 4: Checking reference counts
Pass 5: Checking group summary information
/dev/c/c: 183043/45400064 files (27.0% non-contiguous), 369858528/726401024 blocks
e2fsck 1.42.8 (20-Jun-2013)
fsck.ext4: Attempt to read block from filesystem resulted in short read while trying to open /dev/c/c_2013_10_26_00_00
Could this be a zero-length partition?

Re: Volume scan failed to run properly.
The error message means the snapshot is corrupt, all you need to do is deleting the snapshot in Frontview.

Re: Volume scan failed to run properly.
Thank you for your reply. Very strange since I have not enabled snapshots. But Ill delete the snapshot and see if that helps.
