EX3110 – AC750 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender -- first time setup, unit refuses connection

My unit refuses connection from two different laptops and 3 different browsers so I am unable to set it up to connect to my router (a Motorola) which does not use wps so  I need the browser connection. Thoughts??
