EX6100 doesn’t show connection to 2.4G network
I have a router that supports two speeds independently. The Ex6100 shows full connection status to the 5G network, it also shows the ‘extended’ network (….._2.4Ext) available for devices to connect to, but when I look at the ‘status’ of the unit on the ‘mywifiext’ webpage, it shows the 5g network online and connected to the router. However, the 2.4g network, shows no connection to the internet, but when you log onto the extended 2.4, you get a connection (guess it is crossing over to the 5g?) also the router shows only the 5g extender connection… any thoughts how to get the 2.4 set up without crossing over to the 5g?

Do you have a screen snip of the full status page for the extender?

You can mark it solved so others aren't still trying to fix it.
