Updated Cable modem so needed to update my wifi extender to the new name. I did all the steps for WPS setup, didn't work. factory reset to start over and used the install assistant. I have 3 green lights but no internet on wifi. None of my devices will pick up the extender at all. Someone please help me fix this. I have spent way too much time on something that should be simple.
Just to confirm, the router link LED and client link LED light up green when a device connects to the extender? Are you able to view the connected devices list in the extender's admin page?
