Hi, I allready had on eo fthese extenders for internal to the house, but got another to give me wifi in the office/garage. I assmued it would plug and play. Nope! It looks like the 2nd unit has connected to the main (Virgin Media) router, and I can connect my laptop to it, but no internet access. The default set up has called the network xxxxxxx_ext the same as the other wifi extender already installed and working in the house. Could that cause conflict? Any other ideas as to why its not working? Thanks!
