WiFi Extender AC 1200

Hi I have updated Firmware on my Extender. The Netgear page  mywifiext.net says it's up and runnning with a good signal but I can't connect with any smartphones. I've tried 3 different ones without success. Any suggestions? John

Please make sure that a factory reset is done after the update. Page 40 of the user manual on this Link may help.
