Nighthawk mr6500 with at&t
I bought this router through at&t and I am really confused on how it works. It has a sim card in it which was assigned a phone number. When I got it I set it up at the store only the default password didn't work but the att rep typed in a different password and then it worked. If I did a factory reset the default password doesn't work and I'm curious as to why. Is this a password that is not meant for me and it's meant for att only?New star arising! Haven't see an unlocked version yet. • 6 GHz is available only when the device is powered by AC adapter connected to AC mains. Don't know how it would help. Mr1100 reboot constant
Has Netgear ever actually found a solution to the constant reboot on mr1100 unit? I have tried multiple solutions on this page and all over Google yet nothing. I have some major issues with two at&t hotspots. One set up for T-Mobile and one for at&t. I am sure you have heard this before but both hotspot continuously reboot(sometimes when you use the top button, or checking internet speed test on a device or connecting to devices), disconnects for no reason, won't reconnect, have to punch in password everytime I connect with them, ethernet port don't seem to always work, when they go on black screen they seem to loose connectivity. All in all both are almost useless. I have tried all kinds of things I have read online but to no avail. I had to remove the batteries because the hotspots kept freezing with them in there. MR1100-1A1NAS hotspot 1 use T-Mobile with this one MR1100-2A1NAS hotspot 2 use at&t with this one. Both hotspots same issue. Firmware NTG9X50C_12.05.05.00 Batteries P/N 308-10034-01Nighthawk MR1100
Purchased hot spot one year ago and never received manual or instructions. Have never been able to retrieve messages as site requests admin logon and will not let me in. Att store techs unable to helpx4. Online tech states I need to reactivate service to see site. Have never been able to get to site and don’t want to pay $99 for tech support if still unable to reach site. Techs could not get on site by phone either. Totally frustrated after 8 hrs working on problem.Nighthawk M1 (MR1100) / DD-WRT Double NAT
Hi All, I am experieincing a double NAT condition with my Nighthawk M1 in IP pass through mode as described in this post: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-WiFi-Routers/Nighthawk-M1-MR1100-Nighthawk-R8500-Double-NAT/td-p/1301385 . The solution in that case was to disable the router / NAT / firewall features on the R8500, let the M1 handle this and set up some bi-directional port forwards. In my case I would not like to do this as I want to use the features of the DD-WRT router I have the M1 connected to purley with the intent of using it as a modem. Is there any way that I can disable the NAT and all routing features on the M1 and let them be handled by DD-WRT router? If that is not supported now will it be supportted at some stage in a future firmware release? Thanks, Mike.WiFi Access via LB2120
I need two WiFi (non-cellular) devices to be able to connect to the LB2120 and take advantage of the cellular connection when WiFi is poor or absent. The connection from the tablets to the LB2120 needs to be wireless as they have no RJ45 connection. I thought just using a WiFi access point and a router to connect all the parts would work - it doesn't. I have tried router mode, bridge mode, and just about everything else I can see to no avail. What am I missing? How can I do this?
