Hi,
I received a Netgear bulletin by email last week, suggesting I should upgrade the firmware on my D6220 router.
I log into the router. It searches for and confirms new firmware is available.
Current Firmware Version | 1.0.0.48 |
New Firmware Version | 1.0.0.52_1.0.52 |
I allow the firmware to install but the progress gets to 100% and nothing further happens.
I have left it for hours and it doesn't continue past that screen.
However, the router does reboot during the process and if I log back in, the firmware hasn't changed.
I have tried this a couple of times, even after manually restarting the router. Same thing happens each time.
There's no error - it just doesn't ever complete.
Any suggestions??
