Can't access netgear cm1100 cable modem admin settings through wifi

Hello I have a cm1100 cable modem with a nighthawk mesh router I try to get to admin settings through wifi but I am unable to do so. Any help would be appreciated, I know I could probably use a laptop to do it but I do not have one.

Have you tried using the app?
What error are you getting? Saying you can't get in doesn't tell us much
