If I plug the ethernet cable into my laptop and run Speedtest I get 940 Megabits per second. If I plug the cable into the EX6120 and connect the laptop to it using 5G, I get 95Mb/s. The product literature says I should get much more. What can I do to get more speed, or is this product vaporware?

Well, if you look at its specs, the ethernet port on it isn't gigabit. Its only 10/100mbps.
So that's whats limiting you is you bought a non-gigabit device and expect gigabit speeds.
