Hi. Can someone guide me on how to transfer my orbi app data from my iPhone to Samsung. I have the app installed on my android. Logged in buy I can't see my router details and devices connected to my WiFi. I have my account still logged in on the iPhone. Appreciate any help. Thank you.
No transferring needed. Just install Orbi app on the Android device and sign into your NG account then it will have you enter in the log in information for your Orbi system, enter that in and it will connect.
Navigate to the account settings within the Orbi app. This is typically found in the app's menu or settings section. Log in to your Orbi account using the same credentials you used on your iPhone. Once logged in, you should be able to see your router details and devices connected to your Wi-Fi network. If not, try refreshing the app or restarting your router.
