NitroTV

Does this modem have a security feature that would prevent me from logging into my NitroTV app? I used an app called DOWNLOADER (through a fire stick) to then download the NitroTV app and it allowed me to get to the final step to log in but does not respond

to the login request. Is this my modem doing this or my router? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
