1of 2 Orbi RBR50 satellite won't connect to Orbi router

Question

1 of 2 satellites work. The other one continues to have a magenta ring. I have positioned it close to the router. I have reset the satellite. I have reset the whole system. It still does not work. Any ideas?

Be sure FW is same version on the RBS as what's on the RBR.&nbsp;
