2.1.2.18 "Update Failed" & Satellite won't stay logged in
Trying to update my system to 2.1.2.18 from 2.1.1.16. The "Online Update" tab showed the update for my router and one satellite. The other satellite said "Upload failed". I then went to do the update manually. The satellite with showed the update before updated fine using the manual method & it did the router at the same time.
I went to do the same with the other satellite but signing in is inconsistent. Either it won't accept the user name and password at all or I have to re-login everytime I click on something and during the firmware image upload. I've tried multiple combinations of power cycling, re-syncing, and reseting the problem satellite. Also tried uploading while connected by ethernet cable directly to the problem satellite but it didn't make a difference. Move the satellite to within 4 feet of the router as well.
The problem satellite was the device providing internet to my Google Home Mini. I have unplugged it for the time being.

I suggest contacting support if you can not get that satellite working.

I just want my money back (out of return window)... I will never buy, or recommend any Netgear product again... they have taken way too long to fix any of the issues with the Orbi system

TP-link, Linksys, and others have already gotten it fixed... How long for a Chromecast/Android fix Netgear?
