2.4 to 5ghz

I need help, just bought an Orbi mesh system, i can't connet most of my lights and switches to 5ghz, is there any way to change it to 2.4? I'm a novice at this.

    try turning down the 5Ghz power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

    You can temporarily disable the 5Ghz SSID broadcast as well.
