4 Channels are not locked
just noticed that I have 4 channels are not locked

What modem Model# is this?
Who is your ISP?
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.

my ISP is optimum.
What should I exactly ask them to do ?
I will check in the morning but I do believe there's a coax splitter outside my house between the ISP box and my house coax cableWhat speed package do you pay for? If it's not 1Gb download then your ISP might not have the 4 locked in as it's not needed. For 1Gb download speeds, they should be locked in to 31 or all 32 channels. Someting to ask them about.
