4PM77152011BA HAve been working on this 2 days cannot get system up ORBI03
Have done exactly what set up says to do. Cannot get system up very frustrating need help but unable to speak to anyone. It is now telling me orbilogin.net does not reconize my security info and it is correct???? $300. dollars and no service can anyone help?

Try doing a hard reset and letting the amber light blink for about 20 seconds to confirm that it's in reset mode. It takes about 3-6 minutes afterward before the router completely reboots and starts up in default mode. After this is done the bottom of the router has the default password to login to the setup your router. Also you may want to reboot your modem at the same time.
Disregard this if you have already done this, but my Orbi didn't reset even though I held down the reset button and the amber light flashed. I had to hold it down longer (20+ seconds) just to force it to reset.
