I have two Orbi networks but only see one when I try to connect remotely

I don't know if this is getting through, keep getting message that failed to post, correct highlighted errors. I do not see any highlighted errors
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
- It is out of state so I can't check.
It is served by Comporium in Cedar Mountain NC
You'll need to find out as if the modem has a built in router in front of the Orbi router. If it doesn, this can impede remote access with the Orbi.
Sorry for delay but I am not at location.
There is just a modem in front of it.
