Adding an RBS50 - Blinks White Endlessly - Can I flash firmware using computer?
I have the same issue as this thread (https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/New-RBS50-addon-continuously-blinks-white-never-goes-solid-white/m-p/1388446#M14618), where I have a working RBR50 and RBS5...
Have you tried to plug a pc directly into that unit and see if you get a default gateway from that unit? is so you should be able to use the IP address of the satellite into your web browser and do a manual update if not you may want to try the TFTP method which I linked below and if none of that works you will have to contact support.
