Adding to my Orbi system
I have the RBK53 system with the RBR50 and 2 of the RBS50 satellites. I would like to add a couple more satellites at odd locations (out in my shed, out on the deck) and am wanting to know which units I can look for that will still run on my system at full speed. I saw something once that maybe said something like using other than RBS50 would slow down the back-haul or something? After doing some research, I am pretty sure that these units would work as satellites with my RBS50 but will they run at full speed?
RBS50, RBS40, RBS50Y, RBS20, RBS30, RBW30

The only devices that support the full 1733mbps backhaul are the 50 series. so the RBS50, RBS50Y
The others will work but their backhaul will be the 866mbps. Not a huge issue provided you don't put one in the middle of a daisy chain.
I've use the 50 and 30/40 series together and can't tell which I connect to because I'm usually not saturating the full backhaul speeds.
