Admin Password
I've changed my admin password. It works on my new ipad gen 5 but the password will not work on my galaxy S10 note plus. Any help is appreciated. I've restarted phone several times.

Admin password is sort of ambiguous. It could be:
- The router password used with the Orbi web browser interface (where the user name is "admin" and cannot be changed),or
- The Orbi 'app' login password, where the user name is the Netgear user ID login.
Which did you change and what are you attempting to do using the Galaxy S10?

I understand that you are not able to access your account on your Orbi app with your galaxy s10 note plus.
Are you seeing a "login timeout" message when you try to access your Orbi App on your S10 note plus?

If you are talking a bout the wifi password, tell the Galaxy to forget its past wifi connections to the router and set it up again.
Otherwise, explain what you are doing and where it goes wrong. As CrimpOn says, your query is ambiguous.
