some facts:
- 1 thread, 8 answers, 4 from the same user (with no added value)
- there are at least 2 actual posts in other threads, where a factory reset helped

this part:
5. if step 3) does not help, proceed with the following steps
downgrade the firmware
6. if issues are still not fixed, reset the router and do the setup as described in step 3)
should be changed to:

downgrade the firmware
6. if issues are still not fixed, reset the router and do the setup as described in step 3)
7. if issue still exists, try to find help here in the community
As I cannot edit the initial post, I'm thinking about opening a new thread with the updated instructions.
And there I hope we get posts/answers which are related to the initial post.
