AP mode in Orbi and Parental Controls
Hello,
We have Verizon Fios and set up the Orbio RBS50 in AP mode as instructed by Fios directions but this removed the Parental Controls. How can we still use parental controls? Do we have to purchase another parental control software or a separate Circle device? Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

Your conclusion is correct. "Access Point" mode (for any WiFi product, including Netgear's Orbi) is essentially "stupid". It performs NO ROUTING FUNCTIONS, and that includes any sort of Parental Controls. Access Points connect WiFi devices and send their packets "up the line".
Configuring a WiFi system as a "router" connected to FIOS will certainly create some potential problems.
