App

Cannot login onto the orbi app on my phone. I have uninstalled the app twice and I cannot login to my netgear account when I type in my credentials and hit enter. It's says request timed out and I've tried it many times and still won't work.
  • Android or Apple phone?

     

    Are you able to sign into the account using a web browser (netgear.com)?  Sign in is on the upper right part of the screen.

    Generally, "timeout" indicates there is no connection with a server.

    Have you tried using the app with a different network, such as:

    • A different WiFi network
    • Using the phone network (LTE) rather than WiFi
