Asus router or direct network point RBR50
Should I use my Asus Router Asus RT-AC87U to connect Orbi router (RBR50) or can I just connect my Orbi (RBR50) directly to our apartment house broadband network point (socket in the wall). I mean...
I did the same and coudnt be happier. RT-AC5300 Orbi RBR50. I switched the Orbi in AP mode.
95% better now 3 weeks in, no more stalls, freezes resets. The Orbi had the 2.4.1.10 update. It took about 30 to switch and configure, maybe 45. I highly recomend any one haveing issues with Orbi put a better router on it. From day one I though the orbi was really week administrative functions. :smileylol:
