Can’t connect IP cam

I have two Fujikam IP cameras that won’t connect wirelessly to ORBI. I have read there is an issue getting devices to connect to 2.4 GHz but I can’t see where to turn off the 5 GHz radio. Any help is appreciated.
  • The issue was resolved by changing the network in the Fujikam Vimtag software on iPhone.  The app stored the old network setting for the prvious ASUS router.  No issue with ORBI settings. No need to turn off any radios.

Can turn down the 5Ghz radio power by going to Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless.
