Can’t set up APP
We are setting up our app for the first time, and it will not accept “password” as the password; I have tried to use the password reset option, but that it also not working. Has anyone else had trouble setting up the app on their iPhone?

Has the admin and PW been setup on the Orbi router?
Entering the local admin and PW in to the app?
- CuylerBoyAspirantWe are going to have to reach out to the company who sold us and set up the Orbi. We have no idea if an admin was set up on the router. Thanks.

Factory reset the router and set it up from scratch. Walk thru the setup wizard with a PC and web browser connected to the router.
