Can not install firmware upgrade

Hello community!

 

I have just purchased Orbi RBK50, but can not upgrade firmware on satellite (RBS50). The firmware on the satellite when checking after first power up is V1.4.0.34. I then found out that I had to download and upgrade to firmware V2.2.1.212 first before I can upgrade to latest firmware V2.3.1.48.

When I browse manually for RBS50-V2.2.1.212.img file on my computer and try to upload it to the satellite it just response with a notice that says "Please select correct configuration file." See picture

 

Can anybody help with a soluton?

    Download the following version for both RBS and RBR: v2.0.0.74. 

    Apply this to the RBS(s) first. Then the RBR lastly. 

     

    Then you can update the RBS(s) directly to v48. Do this first before going to the RBR. 

    You'll then need to apply v212 to the RBR before applying v48 lastly.
