This orbi is no good im supposedly connected to it on my laptop but it doesnt give anywhere near the coverage you claim i paid 700 dollars for a dodgy piece of plastic how do i go about returning it and getting my money back.

How large of a space are you trying to cover and how may orbi satellites do you have? also have you tried to find the best wireless channel or played with the placement of your units?
