cannot connect a new laptop wirelessly even with correct password

hi

i just got a new msi gaming laptop and even though it recognises orbi wifi

i cant connect even after it asks for password and i enter correctly

says not allowed

 

what am i doing wrong

i have not connected via ethernet

    Do you have MAC address control enabled on the Orbi?  If yes, then you need to unblock your laptop's MAC address on the Orbi.  Check the logs on the Orbi while you're at it.
