Cannot connect orbi satelite

Dear community,

I have lost connection with my orbi ac3000 satelitein the manual.

According to the manual, I must syncronize with the satelite, when the white light is still, but it keeps flashing white(for a few days now.).

 

I didnt observe when I lost the connection, but I have changed internet provider recently. maybe it has something to do with that.

 

Can anybody guide me to a solution.

      Yes, I have already done that. My network is up and running, but I still cannot connect with the satellite. Do I have to change the ip-address for the satellite, and if so, how do I do it?

        I would try to factory reset the satellite then try to sync the unit again.
