Cannot connect to orbi WiFi

Move to a new home and now I am trying to reset up our Orbi system. The RV is connected to the modem through the proper ports. When I go through the set up it says would you like to connect to the Orbi 03 network, but when I say yes it says cannot connect to the network. And the network does not appear on my Wi-Fi settings. I’m trying to do this through the app. Any suggestions? I’ve tried multiple times and still keep paying the same road block. Thank you!

    Manually connect you mobile phone to the wireless network.

    Walk thru the setup wizard with a wired or wireless connected PC/Laptop and a web browser.

     

    You can change the SSID name and PW as well, which is recommended. The SSID name can be anything.
