Cannot login to Orbi as admin

I am unable to login to my Orbi using the admin password.  It doesn't matter if I use the mobile app or website.  I've never changed the admin password from the default.  I also tried deleting / re-installing the mobile app (did nothing).  Any suggestions?

    Factory reset the RBR router and wire connect a PC to the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard. Be sure to write down all information for safe keeping and use later on.

    It might help to give a more detailed description of "cannot log in."  i.e. The web browser is pointed to ... (orbinlogin.net vs. an IP address?)  What web page comes up?  i.e. after three attempts, do you get a web page saying, "401 Unauthorized"?
