Cannot register product

Hello,

I have purchased a Telstra Wi-Fi Extender Max (Model: EXS6190). I cannot register the product on Netgear, and I cannot contact support via the support portal because I have not registered the product.

 

Please let me know how to contact support directly.

    It seems like that device was made by netgear and old to telstra. 

    you'd want to contact telstra for support. 

    Is there an issue you're having other than registering it? 
    maybe we can help with it.
