Cannot reset password on Orbi app

Mine connects automatically, and I have yet to find any way to change the admin password using the app.

I notice on the first page (that goes away in a few seconds), it says "Having problems connecting? Try a new setup"

Silly me, I assume this means to get out the paperclip and do a "factory reset".
