Cannot sink RBS50 satellite via Ethernet backhaul
Hi, I factory reset the satellite, then synced it wirelessly placing it next to the router. It synced perfectly and they are now both on the same firmware. I now take the router to the remote loca...
So Syncing the RBS via ethernet should happen after the RBS is wirelessly SYNCed and while it's synced, plug in the ethernet cable in between the RBS and RBR and give about 2-3 minutes, status should change on the RBR to wired.
Try this with the RBS in same room as the RBR to see if it works there.
What FW is loaded on the RBR and RBS?
What CAT# LAN cable is being used? CAT6 is recommended.
