Cannot update RBS50 from 2.2.1.210 - firware file is incorrect
I cannot update the satelite RBS50 from 2.2.1.210. I have tried downgrading manually as well as updating to 2.2.1.212 but I keep getting the message that the firmware file is incorrect. MY RBR50 updated without any issues to the latest but the RBS50 will not.
I am using Windows 10 and have tried both IE and Firefox for the updates.

Can you connect the PC directly to the RBS50 web interface? Click on the firmware update on the Sattelite home page. Browse to the firmware file, which should be "RBS50-V2.3.1.60.img" (after extracting from the zip archinve).
The Download page cautions about upgrading from "210", but that caution refers to the router, not the satellite.
