can't access all options with orbilogin

Question

I have recently changed out my Apple Express for an Orbi AC3000. I am very pleased. However when I go to use orbilogin.com to configure my device I am only able to select some of the options. Others are greyed out like LAN setup, Parental Controls, Internet. I have searched the support forums and am having no luck. I also have the latest version of firmware. I have tried using my Mac and iPad. Both also are up to date with their software. HELP!!!

Is the Orbi router in router mode or AP mode? If AP mode, some features are not supported in this mode, thus grayed out.&nbsp;Whats the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem?&nbsp;
