Can't access certain websites or update Apps through Orbi

Hi folks I'm currently unable to access certain websites or update Apps on my iphone. One of the websites I can't access is orbilogin.com I'm not hugely technically minded but will do my best to provide as much info as possible: I have a BT Smart Hub connected to the external world. I have disabled Wifi on the BT router My BT router is connected to an Orbi RBR50 via an ethernet cable I'd really appreciate it if someone could help! Many thanks Rob

    You need to set the Orbi up as an access point and not a router, otherwise you will be suffering double NAT. I don't think you can set the BT Homehub into a modem mode so the only other way would be to make the Orbi IP a DMZ in the BT router.

      In order to set the Orbi router in AP mode I believe I need to be able to access the router settings. However orbilogin.com is one of the sites I can’t access.

      Any ideas how I can access this site or make this change in a different way?

        Can you access the web GUI using IP address, that is 192.168.1.1?
        If you can’t then please disconnect Orbi from the ISP router, and reboot Orbi, and see if you’ll be able to access the web GUI then.
