Can't access the Router Login (wifi login and password not working)

I'm not able to login to my Orbi Router Login page. It prompts me to enter the username and pw, which I put in correctly but it doesn't take it.

I am using an Arris modem wifi router (2 in 1), and I had to login to my arris modem to make some adjustments, and after I did that, I can't log back into my orbi network. It is possible that the IP address for the routers could be the same which is causing a conflict.

 

I'm not using Kaspersky, I don't have it installed on my system. I was able to login fine into my orbi network prior to logging into my arris modem.

    Hello D

     

    That is possible if you have 2 routers they could be using the same IP address you could try to unplug the one then log into orbi see if that works. Or orbi Ip could of changed to something else.
