Can't connect RBR40 to new router.
We got a new BB package and new router, when trying to setup via the app the orbi router just flashes white constantly. Router is plusnet hub two. TIA.
Bearing in mind that connecting a customer owned router to an ISP router creates a "Double NAT", which can interfere with specific applications (internet search for examples),
the Orbi 'app' does not provide as much detail as the Orbi web interface.
Was the RBR40 powered off and back on before connecting it to the PlusNet Hub?
