Can't log in to orbi, app shows satellites as not connected
Hello, I have three Orbi products, 1 RBR50 and 2 RBS50s. They all seem to be working although I question if the satellites are from time to time. I tend to check the connected devices on the app but the app hasn't registered my satellites as connected for a couple weeks. I then checked via my ethernet connected pc at the orbilogin.net site. The site will accept my credentials but never show router stats. It gets stuck with the spinning "wheel" and a "Please wait a moment...." message.
I then discovered if I click the "Advanced" tab while it displays the "Please wait a moment..." message, it shows the advanced stats. Then after poking around, I noticed it shows everything under the Advanced tab except Attached Devices under the Administration tab. Trying to see the Attached Devices gives a "400 Bad Request" error.
Any sugggested solutions to correct this issue? I have already tried power cycling the modem and Orbi devices. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I am running FW V2.7.2.102. My ISP device is an Arris BGW210-700 via ATT
Your ISP Modem already has a build in router and wifi. Your ISP Modem already has a build in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
