Cant login to Orbi RBR 40 from desktop
I have an Orbi RBR40 with 1 satellite. I am not able to login to the router via desktop. going to 192.168.1.1/Routerlogin.net/10.0.0.1 just shows timed out .
I am connected via Wifi. The default gateway is 192.168.1 ( router IP) . Pinging this IP gives time out.
I am able to login using the Orbi app from my phone.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
- The cable from the ISP is connected directly to Orbi. There is no router from the service provider.
Firmware V2.6.2.104.
Haven't factory reset the router since the initial configTry a reset with the RBR disconnected from the modem.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
