Can't update Orbi Firmware

Hi All,

Does anybody know if Netgear monitor these forums?

For some reason my Orbi RBR will not update its firmware via both Online update and also Manual.

I was part of an earlier beta test for Orbi so I'm not sure if my Orbi is stuck in a staging environment for the online updates.

My RBR is currently on V2.2.1.210, I have managed to update the RBS to V2.6.1.40 but when I try the same for the RBR i get the below message. I can't register my product because it doesn't exist with it being a beta so I can't contact netgear.
