Can't Update Orbi Satellite Firmware

Question

RBS20 Satelitte in CK40 kit.
&nbsp;
When I installed the system in late January, I did upgrade firmware&nbsp; using the ONLINE update function.
&nbsp;
A suggestion to upgrade the satellite firmware - but isn't happening because the satelitte isn't recognizing the default password nor the one the master was set to.&nbsp; I suspect the issue is I did change the system password at installation - but did not think to manually change the satellite password.&nbsp; And no, I did not retain the satellite sticker that had the preissued "system" password.&nbsp;

Is a manual update a known issue?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Or, am I in for a factory reset and figuring out how to retrain the satellite from scratch?&nbsp; Any hints on documentation to do that?&nbsp;&nbsp;

For those following this - so far no one, including the chat folks have even been able to understand I can't log into the RBS20 ...

If the satellite is not getting admin and PW from the CBR40 after a factory reset and setup from scratch, I would replace the CBK40 system or get it RMAd.&nbsp;
