Cbk750 can't connect to anything rockstar.
I have a cbk750 and it has worked just awesome with everything I have thrown at it with the exception of Rockstar games related content, I am unable to log in to Rockstar social club on any device going through the modern/router no matter what browser euse but works fine if I use my phones mobile data.
Also can't connect to Grand theft auto online with my Xbox series S through the modem/router but again it works just fine with my mobile hotspot on my phone.
Any input would be welcome considering I have tried everything I can think of and my cable provider and Rockstar support both say everything looks fine on their end.
I feel like ports are being blocked or something but the only settings I change during modern/router setup is the password associated with the device.
Please help!!! LoL

Something to contact the game mfr or Microsoft about.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.- Wes213AspirantRestarting is the first thing I try everytime as I'm not new to this and have restarted the router/modem as described many times before reaching out for help.
Since it is an all in one unit I can't exactly follow your method to the letter but have preformed the situations equivalent, I also have no idea how contacting Microsoft or the console manufacturer would help considering it works fine connected to my mobile hotspot or someone else's modem.
While I appreciate the attempt to help nothing listed here is relevant or something I haven't tried.What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
Then walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
