CBK752 cannot connect to internet after modem/router loses power but satellite does not
I recently installed a new CBK752 modem/router with satellite at my house. I've had to unplug the modem/router a few times for various other projects i've needed to do. When I re-plug the modem/router I cannot get an internet signal again. I have to unplug the satellite, unplug the modem/router, wait, re-plug the modem/router, and then re-plug the satellite to get an internet connection.
I've tried to "forget" the network and reconnect but only unplugging seems to help.
Any idea what's going on and how I can improve this situation?
Thanks,
Steve

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
